1. Check Availability

Please fill out the contact form or send us an email to aidamiriphoto@gmail.com with the type of session and date in mind to make sure we have availability.

The best time to book your session for maternity and newborn is your second trimester or at least 3 months before your due date. We accept a limited number of sessions per month to offer high-quality services to every client so do not wait till the last minute to inquire.

2. Consultation

After we've gone through available dates we will book you a complimentary phone consultation. During this time we can go over all details, your expectations for the session, answer some questions, and get the whole thing planned out. We can also help with styling and picking outfits

This is a very important step, as it will help us get to know each other better. It will also help both parties prepare and plan better for the session.

3. Final Booking

This can be done at your consultation or you can take your time to make your final decision. A non-refundable deposit and a signed client agreement are required to finalize your booking. We will set aside a date and time for you and you won't have to worry anymore! For the studio newborn sessions, we book a tentative date and we can move it around if your baby comes early or late.

4. The Photo Session

Now the fun begins! The session takes between 1-3 hours depending on your session type. We go over all the details prior to this day to make sure you know about the process and are relaxed. We always help with posing so don’t worry if you are camera shy! We currently don't offer hair and makeup services. Make sure you show up ready to be photographed. Professional retouching is included in all sessions, however, there are some limits to the editing process. Please make sure everyone is happy with the way they look prior to the session.

Please make sure you are on time. Your session begins at the scheduled time and late arrival fees will apply if you are more than 15 minutes late.

5. Viewing Appointment

On the day of your session, we will book you for a viewing appointment around 2 weeks after your session. ( All the viewing sessions are online at the moment.) On this day we will go through all the photos we took and you get a chance to choose your favorite images/products. Whoever is contributing to the final decision should be present at this appointment (including grandparents). This session is to help you pick the photos you like and the products that best suit your style. We are there to help you if you need any guidance but we will never push you to make a purchase you are not comfortable with.

6. Delivery

This is the best part! The processing time is between 2-4 weeks to receive your final products. If you chose a digital package you will either receive a download link or a USB box. If you chose from our printed products we will let you know when they are ready for pick up.
