Studio Maternity Session With Family

We had this super cute family in the studio in January. This mom really wanted to do an outdoor session. But with the recent snow, cold weather and a 2 year old boy, she had to settle for an indoor session in our Vancouver Photo Studio.

I say settle, but she ended up loving every single photos from her session! She used 2 gowns from our wardrobe of maternity dresses, the popular pink dress and the off shoulder grey with the long train.

We were all worried about their toddler not cooperating, but he was very sweet! We did have to take a couple of breaks for him to settle down and play a little bit before photographing again, but with the help of music and some snacks we were able to get some adorable smiles out of him.

And we had a big surprise at the end of the session! I knew how much mama wanted to do a beach session. We got lucky with an okay cloudy weather and no rain on that day, so we gave a her a new gown and we drove down to the park for a couple of quick shots of just her at the beach! It was freezing cold but no regrets! She absolutely loved those images and so did we! Scroll all the way down to see all the look!
