In-home Newborn Session - Langley

In-home sessions are a great option for families who don’t want to commute to the studio and also families who want to capture the essence of their family and home.

This lovely family initially had planned to come to our studio for their newborn session. But mommy ended up having some complications at birth and didn’t really feel like travelling to Vancouver and sitting in the studio for a few hours. She didn’t want to miss the chance to to the cute newborn posing either. We talked and both decided that an in-home session with props would be the best option for them. They have a beautiful new house with lots of natural light, so I knew the pictures would turn out great. She told me which props and poses she liked and I made sure I packed everything that she had asked for.

Baby Nico was awake when I got there, but he fell asleep as soon as we gave him some milk and gave him a swaddle. He slept calmly for the rest of the session! They asked for natural family photos, as well as some shots in the nursery.

They loved their photos and were very happy that we could get this done from the comfort of their home. I’m so excited to share these photos with you all. Here are some of our favourites:
